Welcome to your highly aesthetic, offline-first digital workshop. Here is how to make the most of it:
- The Journal: Click the "Journal" button in the top navigation. Your thoughts and attached images are stored safely and permanently inside your device. We use IndexedDB to ensure you don't hit pesky storage limits.
- Pomodoro Timer: Use the "Timer" tab for candlelit focus rounds. When the round ends, the tower gives a soft chime and the timer face flashes.
- Vibe Architecture: Mix and match up to 60 total aesthetic variables. Try "Gothic" + "Bats" + "Inferno" for a dark vibe, or "Library" + "Motes" + "Sepia" for deep focus!
- Cloak UI: Once your vibe is set, hit "Cloak UI" to hide all menus so you can focus entirely on the atmosphere. Click anywhere on the screen to bring the menus back.
- Data Safety: This app runs entirely on your device (no local!). Make sure you regularly open your Journal and click "Export Journal" to save a backup file to your computer.
🕯️ Pro Tip: The Ink Oracle
The Ink Oracle is the candlelit voice of the Scriptorium: tower hush, ink-memory, margin-magic, and Nib’s tiny patrols woven into one room presence. Open Oracle Whisper, Nib & Oracle, or Tower Lore when you want the chamber to feel awake beside you. Your pages remain in your keeping, like sealed letters on the desk.
